1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

• Open to individual homeowners who are legal residents within The Plumbing Company’s service area and at least 18 years of age.
• Not eligible: businesses/commercial entities; property management companies; landlords entering on behalf of tenants; corporations/LLCs/other non-individuals; employees/contractors/affiliates and their households.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

A. Paid Entry – Qualifying Plumbing Service Purchases

• Service subtotal must be $125 or more to qualify.
• 1 entry for every $1 spent (based on service subtotal before tax).
• Entries from multiple qualifying purchases accumulate during the Giveaway Period.
• Paid entries do not increase odds per entry; they only increase entry count.

Examples: $125 service → 125 entries; $249 service → 249 entries; $600 repair → 600 entries; $1,800 install → 1,800 entries.

B. Free Entry – Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

• Handwrite on a 3×5 card: full legal name, mailing address, email, phone, and the phrase “Entry for The Plumbing Company Giveaway.”
• Mail in a #10 (or smaller) stamped envelope to:

  [City, State ZIP]
• Limit: 1 mailed AMOE entry per person per day. Each valid AMOE = 1 entry. All fields must be handwritten and legible. No copies/automation. Sponsor not responsible for lost/late/damaged mail.
• Equal odds: AMOE entries have the same odds per entry as paid entries.

4. Giveaway Period

Starts [Insert Start Date] and ends [Insert End Date]. AMOE must be postmarked by the end date and received within 7 days. Service/online entries must be completed by the end date. Drawing/announcement dates will be listed on the Giveaway Details page.

5. Prize

One (1) winner chooses either:

• The Grand Prize (details revealed on the announcement date), OR
• A guaranteed $5,000 cash alternative.

No other substitutes unless at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for all taxes.

6. Winner Selection

• Random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
• Odds depend on number of eligible entries; paid and free entries have equal odds per entry.
• Drawing on or around [Insert Drawing Date]. Winner notified via email/phone provided. If no response within 7 days, fails verification, or declines, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Verification Requirements

• Age confirmation.
• Proof of homeownership (e.g., utility bill, mortgage statement).

• Compliance with all Rules.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner permits Sponsor to announce first name and city unless prohibited by law. No testimonial required.

9. General Conditions

• Sponsor may cancel/modify/suspend if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise integrity, or if not enough eligible entries.
• Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers or violates these Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release The Plumbing Company and affiliates from liability related to participation, prize receipt/use, technical/postal errors, or issues beyond Sponsor’s control.

11. Privacy

Data used only for administering the Giveaway and normal business operations. No sale or sharing with third parties.

12. Winner List

After confirmation, winner’s first name and city may be posted on the Sponsor’s website.
